Hey ihr Lieben Heute ein kleiner Vergleich zwischen den Diätpulvern Almased & Layenberger's FIT&FEELGOOD (Geschmacksrichtung Schoko-Nuss). Beide Produkte sind in der Apotheke zu erhalten.
Almased ( ca. 20 € à 500 g ) :
Die Mahlzeiten werden in den ersten Tagen Komplett mit Almased ersetzt. Es wird sogar darauf hingewiesen, dass ein besseres Ergebnis erzielt wird,wenn man in den ersten Tagen Nichts anderes zu sich nimmt, außer das Pulver. Im weiteren Verlauf wird dann immer ein Almased-Shake weggelassen & man ersetzt sie wieder durch eine richtige Mahlzeit. Man fängt beim Frühstück an. Zusätzlich sollte man viel Wasser trinken & Sport treiben. Almased aktiviert dn Stoffwechsel & verstärkt somit dir Wirkung von Sport & gesunder Ernährung. Die Hauptbestandteile sind Soja, Jogurt & Honig.
Meine Erfahrung : Es hört sich komisch an durch ein Pulver abzunehmen aber es hilft wirklich & sogar gut! Ich habe die ersten 3 Tage Almased getrunken, dazwischen sogar gesündigt (Kuchen & so ) & nichtmals Jede Mahlzeit ersetzt , ihr wisst ich bin nicht konsequent :D , habe aber trotzdem innerhalb der 3 Tage fast 2 Kilo verlohren. Das ist schon fast etwas zu schnell oder ? Der Grund warum ich dann wieder damit aufgehört habe ist dieser abscheuliche Geschmack. Bei den ersten Shakes ist es noch garnicht so schlimm, aber je öfter man das Zeug trinkt, desto wiederlicher wird es. Vor allen Dingen weil man sich da noch etwas Öl mit reinmischen soll. Ich konnte das Zeug nach ein paar Tagen nichtmals mehr riechen. Ich habe echt einen Würgereiz bekommen. Schade eigentlich! Eine gute Idee wäre glaube ich Almased mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen.
Layenbergers Fit&Feelgood (ca. 7 € à 450 g) :
Für eine schnelle Gewichtsreduktion sollte man ebenfalls alle Mahlzeiten mit dem Pulver erstezen. Wenn man die Sache etwas langsamer angehen will, soll man 2 Mahlzeiten ersetzen & eine normale haben. Zwischendurch kann man auch Obst essen & natürlich viel Wasser & Sport. Um keinen Jo-Joeffekt zu haben, empfehlen die nach der Abnahme noch einmal pro Woche einen Diättag zu machen.
Meine Erfahrung: Ich habe es jetzt erst einmal getrunken, daher kann ich leider noch nicht sagen wie gut es hilft. Aber ich kann sagen, dass dieses Pulver aufjedenfall 10000 mal besser als Almased schmeckt! Es hat die Geschmacksrichtung Schoko-Nuss. Das gibt es glaube ich auch noch mit Vanille, Banane Kirche, PinaColada & Apricose. Wenn ich an Almased rieche wird mir schon richtig schlecht... aber dieses Pulver riecht so wie Cuppochino - richtig lecker. Ich bin eh ein Cuppochino & Kakaotrinker, aber das kann ich dann gut durch den Schokodrink ersetzen. Er ist außerdem nicht so ekelig sämig wie Almased. Er schmeckt & ich denke das ist das wichtigste, denn sonst hält man es eh nicht lange durch.

... Natürlich "funktionieren" die Sachen, wenn man sie richtig einnimmt. Die Frage ist nur, ob man sich daran halten kann & es durchziehen möchte.

die sache ist die, wenn man das nimmt dann funktioniert das nur mit gesunder ernährung und sport, wenn man das nicht nimmt und sich gesund ernährt und sport macht, funktioniert es auch ;)
es ist sozusagen nur ein placebo, man glaubt dran, mehr auch nicht
ich nehme so was ähnliches vom dm das gesude plus erst seit heute bis jetzt finde ich es recht okay bin auch schon gespannt wie es klappt

Davon habe ich mir leztens Entwässerungsdregees & haarwachskapseln geholt.
Ich habe mich aber bis jetzt noch nicht getraut die Entwässerungsdregees zu benutzen weil man da so oft Pipi von machen muss :D
Almased habe ich selber mehrere Wochen genommen um den Stoffwechsel an zu kurbeln. Und es funzt wie kein andere Fettburner und wenn man es richtig anrührt, dann schmeckt es auch! Bzgl Preis, ich habe immer geschaut wo es im Angebot zu kaufen gab (12,- bis 15,-€). Man muss nur wissen wo.
Wenn man allerdings eine schnell reizbare Magenwand hat (eine Freundin). Die hatte die günstigere Variante aus dem DM-Markt verwendet (Fit&Feelgood). Sie hatte mehrere Wochen auf normales Essen verzichtet und ausschließlich dieses Eiweis Pulver verzehrt. Gewicht verlor sie dadurch genauso wie ich allerdings trug sie eine Magenschleimhautentzündung davon.
Fazit! Gesunde Ernährung, außreichend Bewegung und viel trinken!
Da hast du Recht - das ist immernoch die Beste Lösung aber um zwischendurch ein wenig den Stoffwechseln anzuegen finde ich die Pulver ganz okay :)
Fit&Feelgood gefällt mir übrigens super gut. Nehme es manchmal 2 mal am Tag und dann noch eine noramle Mahlzeit. Gerade wenn es so heiß ist lässt sich das gut aushalten. Es schmeckt wie ein schokoshake von Mc Donalds - Nur dass er schlank macht :) Was gibts besseres ?
